\u00a0Late Shri Dev Dutt Mengi Ji<\/strong>\u00a0(Retd. District Education Officer) had been a reputed educationist, Visionary and Magnanimous Personality during his lifetime period and had rendered his \u201cDedicated Services\u201d<\/strong> for the betterment and upliftment of all the sections of society in general, and economically weaker and under-privileged sections of society in particular.<\/p>

His strong urge to serve the humanity did not end with his retirement from Govt. Service, rather it developed in the form of a \u201cSacred Mission\u201d<\/strong> to transform the coming generations of mankind through the light of \u201cTrue Knowledge\u201d<\/strong> for a better, enlightened and progressive \u201cSocial Order\u201d<\/strong> based on creativity, innovation and research-work.<\/p>

It was in the year of 1969<\/strong>, when his cherished Dream\/Objective of kindling the minds of the Coming Generations of Mankind took a Practical shape when, with his \u201cTeam of True Scholars\u201d, <\/strong>he laid the foundation of an Educational Institution \u2013 Shiksha Niketan<\/strong> in the vicinity of Gandhi Nagar – Jammu.<\/p>

With the \u201cTurning Wheel of Time\u201d <\/strong>the small Educational Plant- \u201cShiksha Niketan\u201d<\/strong> planted and nourished by this \u201cVisionary and Philanthropist Noble Soul\u201d <\/strong>flourished immensely with its sprawling Sister concern-branches to attain Educational Sky- Heights in Jammu & Kashmir to provide the value based quality Education to the coming generation, during all the times to come in the hierarchical order of its establishments:-<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
