Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Payment<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online fee payment facility on Shiksha Niketan High School Gandhi Nagar website (www.shikshaniketangn.com). By using the payment services, you agree to abide by the following terms:<\/p>

  1. General Terms<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    The online payment facility is provided for the convenience of parents\/guardians to pay school fees securely through our authorized payment gateway.<\/p>

    All payments are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Shiksha Niketan High School Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. This service is only available to those who agree to the terms laid out herein.<\/p>

    1. Payment Gateway Use<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      All fee payments made through the school\u2019s website will be processed via a secure payment gateway.<\/p>

      Any processing or convenience fees charged by the payment gateway shall be borne by the Parents.<\/p>

        In case of failed transactions, no amount will be deducted. If it appears that the amount was deducted without confirmation, please allow 7\u201310 business days for the amount to reflect back into your account.<\/p>

          No Refund Policy: Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances unless:<\/p>

          There is a duplicate transaction<\/p>

          Payment made in error (e.g., wrong amount or student ID)<\/p>

          Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction with proof.<\/p>

          Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original mode of payment.<\/p>

          The school reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after due verification.<\/p>

          1. Cancellation of Payment<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            Once payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled by the payer.<\/p>
