Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Payment

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online fee payment facility on Shiksha Niketan High School Gandhi Nagar website (www.shikshaniketangn.com). By using the payment services, you agree to abide by the following terms:

  1. General Terms

The online payment facility is provided for the convenience of parents/guardians to pay school fees securely through our authorized payment gateway.

All payments are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Shiksha Niketan High School Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. This service is only available to those who agree to the terms laid out herein.

  1. Payment Gateway Use

All fee payments made through the school’s website will be processed via a secure payment gateway.

Payment methods accepted include debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and UPI.

Any processing or convenience fees charged by the payment gateway shall be borne by the Parents.

  1. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful transaction, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with the payment receipt.

In case of failed transactions, no amount will be deducted. If it appears that the amount was deducted without confirmation, please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect back into your account.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy: Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances unless:

There is a duplicate transaction

Payment made in error (e.g., wrong amount or student ID)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction with proof.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original mode of payment.

The school reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after due verification.

  1. Cancellation of Payment

Once payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled by the payer.

In case of payment errors, please contact the school’s accounts department immediately at [email/contact info].

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

The school does not store any card or banking details.

All personal information provided during the payment process is securely handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Information may be shared with the payment gateway service provider solely for the purpose of processing the transaction.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The school shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to:

Interruption or inability to access the website

Delay or failure in processing payments

Unauthorized use of banking credentials

  1. Modifications

The school reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the payment gateway implies acceptance of the updated terms.
